After three decades of mentoring youth in Baltimore City, Arny offers a wealth of experience and knowledge regarding how to help severely challenged kids succeed.

As an educator, Charles has taught kids at every level - elementary, middle, and high school. This equipped him well to design and execute our program, as well as become a mentor to mentors.
